Catering Manager: Lead School Dining & Events

Thomas Franks Ltd. Hindhead is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead the site’s catering team, oversee production and service for staff and guests, and work closely with the operations manager to ensure top standards.

This full-time, permanent role operates 40 hours a week during term-time plus location, with some Saturdays for hospitality; you will manage budgets, develop the food offer, and maintain food safety and customer service excellence.
