Strategic Security Accounts Lead — Growth & Renewals

TKC seeks an Account Manager to own end-to-end client portfolios, drive renewals and negotiate pricing, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. The role requires proactive relationship-building and a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you will monitor accounts, coordinate with Service Partners, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
