Lead Sous Chef – High-Volume Contract Catering

Vacherin in London is seeking a capable Support Head Chef to supervise a busy staff restaurant delivering 500 covers daily across retail, plated and buffet offerings. You will lead, coach and develop a small team of 3 Chef de Parties, ensuring outstanding food quality and service standards.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, food safety, stock control and cost management, maintaining consistency during peak service and deputising for the Head Chef when needed.
