About the Role

This role is integral to expanding our client’s reach and impact by forging strong collaborations with businesses, government agencies, and other non-profit entities within the Eastern Cape . You will identify potential partners, develop mutually beneficial proposals, and nurture these relationships to support our client’s mission. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and cultivate potential strategic partnerships aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Develop compelling partnership proposals outlining mutual benefits and collaboration frameworks.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing engagement and success.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote collaboration opportunities.
- Collaborate internally with program teams to ensure partnership initiatives support organizational objectives.
- Track partnership progress and report on key performance indicators to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or relationship management.
- Proven success in building and maintaining strategic alliances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the non-profit sector and social impact initiatives.
- Familiarity with the business and community landscape in East London is a plus.
