  • Create and maintain strategic account plans and technology roadmaps alongside Solutions Architects, ensuring technology priorities align with each client’s business objectives.
  • Identify, develop, and progress project opportunities based on client needs while maintaining accurate pipeline information and revenue forecasts.
  • Serve as the primary client advocate and escalation point, collaborating with service delivery, finance, and technical teams to provide a consistent and high-quality client experience.

What Success Looks Like

  • Delivering consistent year-over-year net revenue growth
  • Achieving an annual project pull-through rate of at least 30% from existing client relationships.
  • Maintaining a client Net Promoter Score (cNPS) of at least 8 through regular strategic technology discussions and relationship reviews.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant account management experience, typically 7+ years, within IT managed services, professional services, or a similar client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated success retaining important client relationships while expanding accounts and increasing revenue, including direct responsibility for renewals and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience managing complex relationships involving multiple stakeholders, including regular interaction with senior leaders and C-suite executives.
  • Strong high-level knowledge of IT services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud environments, with the ability to connect business objectives with practical technology strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $65,000-$70,000 annual salary, based on experience, plus commission on projects that are successfully identified, quoted, and closed.
  • Private health insurance for the individual following successful completion of the probationary period.
  • Workplace pension with employer contributions in accordance with the company’s pension scheme.
  • Standard working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m from the UK office., Monday through Friday, with 22 days of paid holiday annually in addition to public and bank holidays.
