Full time, 37hours a week and Part time 20-36hrs per week
National Star’s long-term living accommodation in central Herford supports young adult with complex disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives and achieve their goals.
We ae looking for caring, resilient and committed individuals to join our team on a full-time, part-time or bank basis.
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as training is provided.
As one of our Care and Support Workers you will be a key member of our team, providing the highest standards of personal care to enable residents to enjoy their hobbies and interest and realise their aspirations. Working alongside therapists, nurses and colleagues, you will help each person develop skills, confidence and independence.
Whether it is supporting the big achievements or celebrating the small moments that others might not expect, together we focus on what’s possible for every individual.
Typical shifts include an early shift from 7am, late shifts finishing at 9pm or 10pm and alternate weekends.
