Senior Care Assistant / Personal Assistant
to join our team at Furlong House, a well-established modern care service supporting older customers.Furlong House provides 51 self-contained apartments alongside excellent communal facilities, including gardens and outdoor space, a dining room, TV lounge, conservatory, hair salon and on-site parking.In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and personal support, helping senior stakeholders manage their time, priorities and responsibilities effectively. You’ll be a trusted point of contact, keeping communication flowing.What you’ll be doingYou’ll manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, documents and meeting materials. You’ll also manage correspondence, maintain stakeholder relationships, track actions and deadlines, and support projects.What you’ll bringYou’ll have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Senior PA or in a similar high-level support role.You’ll also bring:Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and OutlookConfidence working independently and using your initiativeA professional approach to handling confidential informationA friendly, service-focused approachThe ability to remain calm and effective under pressureAbout GreenSquareAccordWe provide affordable homes and services that help people thrive.
