UK GTM Lead, Commercial Strategy & Partnerships

PayPal is seeking a Country Manager’s commercial deputy in the UK to build and lead the market’s end-to-end commercial plan. The role focuses on turning BU strategy into executable local initiatives to drive revenue, merchant growth, and customer adoption.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and Finance to define initiatives, set KPIs, and manage cross-functional delivery, while aligning with global strategy and local market needs. This position offers a hybrid work model in London.
