Strategic Fractional Head of Finance (2-4 days/week)

Vincere is seeking an experienced Fractional Head of Finance to strengthen and modernise its finance function in the UK. Working closely with the board, you will improve financial reporting, controls and management information, ensuring finance becomes a trusted commercial partner.

This hands-on senior role requires a qualified accountant with a proven track record in finance transformation, governance and driving commercial insight. Flexible 2–4 days per week arrangement offered.
