Finance Leader (SME) | Path to Finance Director | FP&A

Pro-Talent is seeking a Head of Finance in Reading to lead the finance function, deliver enhanced FP&A and board reporting, and prepare the business for a future Finance Director role within 12 to 18 months.

You’ll run budgeting, forecasting and cash flow, analyse profitability by branch and service line, and partner with operations to drive margins while ensuring compliance and a strong control environment.
