Head of People Shared Services — Operational Leader (Hybrid)

Artis Recruitment seeks an experienced Head of People Shared Services to lead a transition in its People Shared Services function. The role is based in Newport with 2 days on site and a strong emphasis on operational stability, service delivery and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will oversee People Connect, people technology, data and MI, driving performance metrics and ensuring high standards of customer service while managing change across the function.
