A leading offshore firm is looking to hire a qualified lawyer to join its Knowledge Management function, supporting its Banking & Finance and Corporate practices.
This is a slightly different opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys the technical side of legal work and is interested in how knowledge, technology and AI can be used to improve the way legal teams operate.
The role will focus on developing and maintaining Cayman precedents, practice notes and client briefings, as well as keeping fee earners up to date with legal and regulatory developments. There is also a strong focus on improving processes, standardising transaction workflows and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
AI and legal technology will be an increasingly important part of the role, with the opportunity to develop and test AI-enabled workflows, support the adoption of legal technology and work closely with KM, IT and wider business teams.
The firm is looking for a qualified Corporate or Banking & Finance lawyer with 2+ PQE. Previous PSL experience would be desirable but is not essential, with experience or interest in knowledge management, AI or legal technology also advantageous.
