Senior AI Systems Support Engineer (Remote)

Ema Unlimited is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist (Enterprise Agentic AI) to own the health, reliability and trust of deployed AI systems in production. This role focuses on preventing incidents, debugging at scale, and partnering with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to deliver reliable performance.

Qualified candidates will have 6+ years in senior technical support or production engineering, with experience in AI/automation platforms and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
