We are assisting a leading international firm to recruit an employment associate, with at least 1.5 years’ PQE (E&W qualified), into itshighly ranked London Employment group.The ideal candidate will haveexperience of a broad range ofcontentious and non-contentious employment law experience from another highly regarded employment team. This team has a strong contentious (tribunal (in particular), High Court litigation and investigations) and advisory practice, acting predominately foret employers (including household names) as well as senior executives and other high-net-worths. Transactional support accounts fora smaller proportion of each Associate’s work, relative to other areas, as the firm has a strong standalone employment practice. Given the size of the firm, the work is wide ranging across a number of sectors but the team has particular strength in the Tech, IP and Financial Services sectors. There is strong support from senior knowledge lawyers who run an excellent training programme. Associates are encouraged to networkwithin the employment market, developing key contacts at their level, and are fully supported in doing so (and rewarded).
