Platform Product Marketing Manager

Описание: TOPdesk helps service teams improve their work, providing IT service management and enterprise service management solutions. The company is rebuilding its product, adding AI features, and bringing its offerings together under a broader platform story.

Задачи:

• Define and maintain TOPdesk’s ITSM and ESM positioning and ICP based on customer pain points
• Build a platform narrative connecting ITSM, ESM, and AI capabilities, considering competitor activity, data, and market trends while balancing short-term delivery with a long-term vision
• Partner with Product to translate innovation into market positioning
• Support quarterly launches by connecting each release to the broader platform story
• Brief and align Sales & Customer Success, Customer Marketing, and Analyst Relations on positioning
• Validate positioning and ICP using win/loss patterns, customer conversations, analyst feedback, and competitive movement
• Influence Product, Sales, and leadership to secure buy-in

Требования:

• 7+ Years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Track record of owning product or platform positioning or narrative, beyond launch execution
• Experience building or sharpening an ICP based on evidence
• Ability to work on both company-wide narratives and individual launch briefs
• Strong stakeholder influence and experience gaining buy-in from skeptical stakeholders
