Marketing Lead — London Pubs & Bars

Urban Pubs & Bars in London is seeking a Head of Marketing who can lead brand and campaigns across our growing estate of pubs, bars and Salt Yard Group venues. You’ll shape perception, drive footfall and ensure every venue feels local while keeping a consistent brand voice.

Based at The Marlborough Head/Covent Garden with time across sites, you’ll build bold campaigns, manage budgets and develop a team to deliver standout events and partnerships in a fast-paced hospitality group.
