Principal Product Designer — 0→1 Financial UX Leader

IRIS is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead a strategically important product area from its earliest stages. This hands-on role offers significant autonomy, collaborating with Product, Engineering and others to shape the product and deliver customer experiences that simplify complex financial work.

You’ll work 0-to-1 with customers, product managers and engineers to understand problems, explore possibilities and turn ideas into testable experiences, testing early and iterating fast.
