Global Internal Audit & Operations Lead

Marex is seeking an Internal Audit – Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Internal Audit function. You will coordinate audit plans, issue tracking, governance reporting, and regulatory interactions, while supporting onboarding and the TeamMate+ system.

You will partner with IA leadership to deliver timely committee materials, drive continuous improvements, and maintain robust audit methodologies in a dynamic financial services environment.
