Lead Design Researcher — Human-Centered Innovation Leader

Vax is seeking a Lead Design Researcher in Droitwich Spa to shape how consumer insights influence future products and experiences. You will work closely with Industrial Design, Advanced Development, Product Management and Consumer Insights to uncover unmet needs and translate insights into actionable strategies.

You will lead qualitative and quantitative research, build strong consumer relationships, and champion human-centered design across the innovation process.
