Job Description:
Hines is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the European development platform, negotiating design, construction and related contracts across projects. You will work with the CCG and regional offices, advise on procurement strategies, and assist in tendering and outside counsel management.
The role requires 4-8 PQE, UK or EU qualification, and strong collaboration across teams. Travel may be required; MS Office and AI tools proficiency is expected.
