Geriatric Mental Health Consultant — Community Dementia Care

The post holder will work as a substantive Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist within a multidisciplinary team, primarily in the community to support assessment and management of older adults with complex functional illnesses and memory difficulties in Newport, Wales.
