Independent Board Director – Banking & Trust Governance

Searchandselect seeks a Non-Executive Director to sit on the boards of both a licensed banking entity and a trust company. The role is active and governance-focused, with attendance at 4+1 in-person board meetings per year, and responsibility for shaping governance and adding value at the highest level of a respected international financial services business.

Candidates should have a demonstrable banking background, understanding of trust structures, and be eligible for FSA approval.
