Senior Agentic AI Support Engineer (Remote)

Ema Unlimited is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist (Enterprise Agentic AI) to own the health, reliability, and trustworthiness of deployed agentic AI systems in production.

You will diagnose failures across multi-agent workflows, lead production debugging and RCA, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to prevent incidents.

This is a full-time role with remote work options; compensation will be determined by location, knowledge, and experience.
