Senior Product Development Lead – Pet Food & Wellness

Butternut Box is seeking an experienced Product Development lead to own Additional Products end-to-end, from concept and recipe through to specs, testing and launch. You’ll manage a small team, partner with manufacturing, and align with Senior Leadership on roadmaps for both brands.

You’ll drive consumer-focused product opportunities, balance quality and cost, and ensure claims are substantiated with robust evidence while coordinating with external partners to scale new offerings.
