Immigration Compliance Advisor (UK Skilled Worker)

Mott MacDonald Ltd. is seeking an Immigration Advisor to join the UK & ROI Immigration Team in a hybrid role.

You will drive day-to-day immigration activities, ensuring compliance with Home Office duties and internal policies while supporting HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and external advisors. You will handle end-to-end visa processes for sponsored employees, contribute to governance improvements, and deliver training as needed.
