Senior Transformation Project Manager – Hybrid Delivery

North Yorkshire Council seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of large-scale, complex projects and, on occasion, programmes. You will collaborate with senior colleagues and partners inside and outside the organisation to ensure successful outcomes.

You will shape governance, map decision routes, and plan with precision to keep initiatives on track. You’ll also coach others involved in delivering change and contribute to the council’s ongoing transformation agenda.
