Group HR Manager – Hospitality Resorts (Five Lakes)

Potters Resorts, based at Five Lakes in Maldon, Essex, is recruiting a Group HR Manager to join the management team. You will lead HR at Five Lakes and provide group-wide support across both Five Lakes and Hopton-on-Sea Resorts, reporting to the Group HR Director.

The role requires an experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations skills, CIPD Level 7, and a hands-on, commercially aware approach in a hospitality environment.
