Job Description:

  • Reporting into the Chief People Officer, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the entire recruitment process across the UK & Europe
  • This will involve partnering with our stakeholders to understand the business needs and delivering proactive direct search to source, engage and select the best talent
  • This is a sole recruiter role and will work across all departments within the business
  • Beyond recruitment delivery, the role-holder will support the development of our employer brand and drive value-initiatives to ensure a high quality and diverse workforce
  • As we strive to develop a market-leading talent acquisition proposition, the team is encouraged to drive enhancements of our processes, systems, tools and training
  • Business Partnering & Resource Planning:
  • Partner with stakeholders to define resource requirements and support the requisition approval process
  • Identify future skill needs and build a talent pipeline
  • Partner with the Hiring Manager to understand the role & person requirements, advise on the market conditions and agree the best approach
  • Challenge the Hiring Managers to think beyond technical skill-set and consider diversity, behavioural, cultural and team fit
  • Liaise with the Hiring Manager, Candidate, Exco and HR from intake meeting through to onboarding to give a seamless experience
  • Employer Brand & Sourcing:
  • Proactively promote our employer brand and value proposition
  • Directly source candidates via multiple channels; heavy focus on LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proactively engage prospective candidates to pitch our employer value proposition (EVP) and qualify against our company, role & person requirements
  • On the exception, engage and manage recruitment agencies to support the hiring
  • Take ownership of the entire onboarding process, ensuring that every new starter has a seamless onboarding experience
  • Quality & Diversity:
  • Present and walk through the short list with the Hiring Manager, conduct market referencing and interviews
  • Work with the business to add value throughout the recruitment cycle to make better hiring decisions
  • Support and coach Hiring Managers on recruitment best practice and adhere to talent selection standards and support the balanced assessment of a candidate’s alignment with our technical, behavioural & cultural profile
  • Support diversity & inclusion initiatives and ensure this is embedded in our talent proposition and ensure an outstanding Candidate experience at all times
  • Talent Acquisition Capability, Technology & Processes:
  • Strive to continuously improve our talent acquisition approach, systems, tools, processes and most importantly, ourselves as talent acquisitions professionals
  • Actively share knowledge, best practice and new ideas across the team
  • Assist the automation and standardisation of the recruitment cycle with heavy focus on embedding Bamboo applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Update Bamboo in real-time with a high level of accuracy & integrity, ensuring a clear audit trail
  • Produce and analyse recruitment MI & talent metrics to shape our approach
