A highly regarded Residential Property team is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to manage a varied caseload and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You’ll handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases
- Remortgages
- Equity Release
- Shared Ownership
- Lease Extensions
Working alongside experienced lawyers, you’ll enjoy a strong level of autonomy while benefiting from the support of a collaborative and well-resourced team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- 3+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience
- Confident managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
