Portfolio Manager — Accounts & Tax Leader

Xeinadin Group is seeking an experienced Client Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of SME clients, review work, and act as a strong role model for the firm’s vision and values. You will manage workload, supervise team members, and drive quality and profitability.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification, strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, and the ability to develop client relationships, improve service delivery, and mentor staff within a hybrid working model.
