Manufacturing HR Manager — ER Lead & Change Champion

Executive Network Group is seeking a hands-on HR Manager for a fast-paced manufacturing site in North Wales (Chester South). You will lead a small HR team and report to the HR Director, managing the full employee lifecycle and ER in a UK context.

You’ll partner with operational leaders to implement policies and drive change, with a focus on continuous improvement across HR processes. CIPD Level 5 or above is preferred to shape a high-performing site.
