HR Manager – 9-12 Month Maternity Cover (ER/TUPE)

Edwards & Pearce – Doncaster is seeking an experienced operational generalist HR Manager to cover 9–12 months maternity leave. You will lead the HR team, partner with SLT, and deliver a full HR service across the business including ER, recruitment, HR projects, restructures, redundancies and TUPE for sites across the UK.

The role requires strong ER knowledge, complex casework, and change-management experience, with CIPD Level 7 and solid employment law expertise.
