Lumentum at Caswell seeks a Shift Process Engineer to drive hands-on process support in semiconductor fabrication and backend manufacturing. You will work 12-hour shifts in a 24×7 cycle, collaborating with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Quality and R&D to maintain safety and efficiency.
You will monitor process performance with SPC/MES, troubleshoot issues, and lead improvements using DOE, Six Sigma and Lean methods to boost yield and throughput.
