Senior Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Hybrid, Autonomy

Ips Group is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join its expanding Insurance practice. The role is based in Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham with hybrid working—one day in the office per week.

You will manage a respondent-based employment caseload, handling matters including unfair dismissals, with no required business development and strong backing from the national Employment team.
