Conduct AI is seeking a founding recruiter to build our talent engine from the ground up in London. You’ll own the recruiting lifecycle for every role, partnering with founders and managers to set the standard for what great looks like, and you’ll shape how we present Conduct to candidates in competitive markets.

You’ll lead fast, warm, and rigorous hiring processes, develop sourcing playbooks, and manage multiple searches with a strong focus on engineering, product, and GTM roles.
