Conrad Consulting is looking to appoint an Associate Director (PQS) in the City Centre of Edinburgh. You will lead the PQS team on a portfolio including Commercial, Hotels and Affordable/Social Housing projects, with autonomy to drive opportunities.
The role requires MRICS, 10+ years PQS experience, and a proven ability to secure repeat business while delivering high-quality technical work. Edinburgh-based with progression to Director and a 5% pension contribution.
