FM Performance & Improvement Manager

JLL is recruiting for a Performance Manager UKAEA Culham Campus to lead FM contract improvements, audits and documentation standards. You will manage a small team and coordinate with the Account Director to standardise service delivery across the portfolio.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with procedures, and work with stakeholders to optimise reporting and CAFM systems. On-site location in Oxfordshire is required.
