Regulatory Training & Home Office Liaison Lead

Barrington James is recruiting an experienced NTCO/HOLC for a leading research organisation to oversee ASPA licensing, training and competency across regulated animals. You will liaise with Home Office ASRU, AWERB, and senior licence holders to ensure high standards of animal welfare and ethical governance.

The role combines regulatory oversight with training program development, documentation, and liaison duties with facility teams. Experience with Home Office licensing and ASPA required.
