Senior Building Surveyor — Hybrid, London (Client Lead)

Brandon James is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor in London to run their own instructions, mentor juniors and progress toward Associate. The role splits roughly 50/50 between project and professional work, with a caseload approach and profitability responsibility.

You will handle dilapidations through to settlements, lead due diligence on industrial/logistics/offices, and manage refurbishments up to £5m, while mentoring apprentices and growing client accounts.
