Our client is a supplier for electrification, offering a full service from Consulting and System Design to Installation and Maintenance.
Head of Pre-Construction – Nationwide
Main Duties:
Lead and manage the Pre-Construction team to build an engaged, collaborative, and culture of excellence delivering effective bids, accurate estimates, and total customer satisfaction
Assess and prioritise the bidding opportunities based on an understanding of historical performance (win rate, margin return, repeat business, etc.)
Build and inspire talented teams, including leadership of all the transport Estimating function.
Ensure a personal relentless focus on Health & Safety
Essential Qualifications/ Experience
Working experience in bidding and tendering of major Rail or T&D projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring attention to detail
Highly organised and able to manage own time effectively to meet deadlines
