HR Generalist Lead – 9–12 Month Maternity Cover (ER/Change)

Edwards & Pearce is seeking an experienced Operational Generalist HR Manager to cover maternity leave for 9–12 months. You will lead the HR team, work closely with SLT, and deliver a full generalist HR service across the business, including ER casework, restructures, TUPE, and HR projects.

You will manage complex ER scenarios, support HR strategy, and build strong stakeholder relationships with unions. Travel to sites nationwide and flexible approach are required.
