Marketing Manager – Foodservice – Booker Group

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 1LTShift Hours: 38 hrs per week (Monday – Friday)Salary: Competitive

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our Foodservice Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape customer communications, deliver impactful marketing campaigns and play a key role in driving engagement across our catering and small business customer base.

Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll oversee the delivery of the marketing plan, manage a talented team, and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and aligned to our commercial objectives.

• Leading the day to day running of the Foodservice Marketing team
• Managing the delivery of customer communications across multiple channels
• Overseeing the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activity
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Category, Sales, Trade Planning and Operations
• Monitoring campaign performance and using insight to drive continuous improvement
• Ensuring marketing activity is delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with brand standards
• Supporting the Head of Marketing Foodservice and deputising when required

• Experience in marketing, communications or campaign management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A commercial mindset with a strong focus on customers and results
• Experience using data and insights to improve marketing performance
• Previous people management experience would be advantageous
• Foodservice sector experience and/or a CIM qualification would be beneficial
