Overview

In this role you will join EY’s transfer pricing advisory team to help multinational clients optimise inter‑company pricing and policy. You’ll collaborate with specialists across economics, tax authority, legal and commercial domains to address double taxation risk and inter‑company arrangements. The work is intellectually demanding, blending analysis, writing and client dialogue to shape pricing strategies and be ready for interactions with tax authorities. You will work with banks, asset managers and insurers to understand their commercial operations and contribute to planning, policy setting and APAs or audits. Responsibilities

  • Understand the commercial functioning of banks, asset managers and insurance businesses with clients
  • Collaborate with TP and tax teams in other countries on analyses affecting multiple locations
  • Study TP technical literature including OECD guidance and BEPS 2.0 developments
  • Develop pricing basis for inter‑company transactions under OECD approaches
  • Improve and produce structured technical content with limited templates
  • Analyze financial data and public sources to assess comparable pricing scenarios
  • Support client development content

Key requirements

  • Experience as a tax practitioner with reviewing skills
  • Qualifications: ATT/ACA/CA/CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA)
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in transfer pricing advisory projects or with financial services clients
  • Client-driven mindset
