As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an Ecommerce / Digital Sales Consultant to join our successful team and play an important role in developing our online sales operation.
The Role
You will support the day-to-day digital sales activity of Family Cars NI, helping customers throughout their online buying journey while maintaining and developing our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage online customer enquiries.
- Assist with online transactions and customer sales.
- Manage and update vehicle advertisements across online platforms.
- Ensure vehicle listings are accurate, engaging and presented professionally.
- Support the company’s website, social media and digital platforms.
- Follow up online leads and help convert enquiries into sales.
- Assist with digital marketing and promotional activity.
- Work closely with the wider sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- At least 1 year’s experience in a sales environment.
- Experience or qualifications in digital, ecommerce, digital marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer and digital skills with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry would be advantageous.
Dealership experience is not essential we are open to candidates from a range of sales and digital backgrounds.
