HireIQ is partnering with an established and growing business to appoint a motivated Management Accountant. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this is a broad role offering the opportunity to build on your existing experience while gaining greater commercial exposure across the business.

About the job:
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management accounts, reporting on performance, cash flow and key variances.
- Work closely with managers across the business on budgets, forecasts and financial planning.
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support day to day business decisions and longer term planning.
- Work with operational teams to understand performance and identify opportunities to improve costs and efficiencies.
- Get involved in improving finance systems, processes and controls across the business.
- Communicate financial information to managers and senior leadership, making sure they have a clear understanding of performance.
About you:
- Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA
Industry experience advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong IT skills – Excel important
