About you
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle technical/machine enquiries over the phone with confidence
- Skilled in administrative tasks and processing customer requests accurately
- Experience of working towards KPI’s
- Experience in upselling products and services to clients
What you’ll do
- Provide exceptional technical assistance to customers via inbound calls and electronic channels
- Process fault calls and machine orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Investigate and resolve service issues quickly, maintaining excellent customer communication
- Manage the system, logging jobs and providing a timely solution
- Promote additional products and services to generate revenue, contributing to business targets
