About you
- 3-5 years’ experience as a HR Generalist, ideally within manufacturing or operational environments
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and best HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of staff
- Capable of managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail
- Solutions-driven, with a pragmatic approach to HR challenges
- Proficient in HR systems and IT tools
What you’ll do
- Provide expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes with tact and professionalism
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics and management information
- Collaborate with managers on performance, talent development, and HR projects
- Ensure all HR policies comply with current employment legislation and company standards
