UK-Based In-House Commercial Counsel (14-Month Contract)

Huntsman, a global chemicals company, seeks an experienced Commercial Counsel for a UK-based, largely home-based interim role lasting about 14 months. You will provide pragmatic legal advice across the EMEAI region, lead commercial negotiations, and champion compliance and ethical practices within a collaborative UK Legal team.

You will have at least 5 years’ PQE, with in-house or major firm experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and comfort with modern AI tools.
