Japanese Corporation in City of London is recruiting a Senior Manager for its Legal Department to cover M&A, commercial contracts, property, compliance, and litigation. You will work with senior stakeholders across Europe, external counsel, and Tokyo HQ in a complex, multinational environment.
The ideal candidate is a Solicitor of England and Wales with 5–7 years PQE, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing cross-border issues. Hybrid working after probation is offered.
