GP Clinical Lead — Elevate Primary Care Outcomes

Operose Health Ltd in Torquay is seeking a General Practitioner Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality care at Chelston Hall Surgery. You will split time between clinical leadership and GP sessions, guiding the team to improve access, outcomes and patient experience.

The role requires GMC registration, NHS performers list, and GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent). You should be familiar with QOF, LCS, DES and capable with SystmOne or EMISweb.
